Our process includes the following phases:
Discovery
We begin our search process by meeting with members of your team, to ensure we understand your company’s culture as well as your position-specific needs. Together, we define the position’s scope, including responsibilities, compensation, and reporting relationships. From the information gathered in discovery we develop an agreed-upon search plan as well as a position profile to present to potential candidates.
Research & Candidate Identification
Our extensive network and our proprietary database are only starting points to identify potential candidates. We also conduct extensive research in the marketplace to determine what executives are leading the industry – and how we could attract them to your company.
Candidate Development
Once we’ve selected a series of candidates to pursue, we carefully screen and evaluate them by conducting extensive interviews. We then present the most qualified candidates to you, along with their background profiles.
Candidate Interviews
We facilitate interviews of the top candidates, working with you to determine a finalist. Once a finalist has been chosen, we conduct extensive reference checks.
Offer Preparation & Acceptance
After you’ve chosen a finalist, we assist in the preparation of your offer and the negotiation process. Upon acceptance, we assist as the candidate transitions into your organization.
Client Survey/Follow-up
To ensure we offer our clients the best service possible, we conduct a client satisfaction survey after each search.
